Floreat Forum is proud to be sponsoring the Claremont District Auskick Gala Day.

On Sunday 15th of August the Claremont District will be holding its Auskick Gala Day at City Beach Oval. This day is run in partnership between the West Coast Junior Football Club and the Claremont Football Club. On this day over 1300 5-8 year old kids come together from all Auskick centres in the Claremont District from North Fremantle to North Beach and are given the opportunity to play against children from other local clubs in a Fun, Safe environment. As well as playing games the children have an opportunity to learn skills from Claremont Football Club players who are in attendance as umpires and skills coaches. The day runs from 8.30am – 2.00pm.

SES volunteers come from all walks of life, all backgrounds and all professions. In fact, the main thing SES volunteers have in common is a desire to make a contribution within the community.

SES volunteers are trained to cope with any local emergency including earthquake, land search & rescue, evidence search, flood, storm and many other emergency response situations.

Basketball WA – Association Cup 2010

As part of our local community Floreat Forum is proud to sponsor Basketball WA’s, inaugural Association Cup program in 2010. The Association Cup is an introduction to local primary school children into playing a single day tournament. This fun and education carnival will introduce children to their local Basketball Association and the Western Australian Basketball League (WABL).

This is a great opportunity for Floreat Forum to support a program that encourages young children to be active and healthy. Through this program children will also receive the many great benefits from participating in a team sport.
