Toku Sushi Floreat is a Japanese sushi train dining experience.
There is an array of sushi plates available, from the simple teriyaki chicken roll and hosomaki to fresh Tasmanian salmon nigiri and salmon conveyor roll topped with ikura. They also offer hot food such as udon, ramen, donburi and bento.
To finish, they have matcha ice cream or black sesame mochi and Japanese red bean pancake.
