Collect your entry form from the north entrance, in The Outdoor Forum.

 

 

Additional Important Information:

  • Photographs and filming will be taking place at this event. Please be aware images may be used by Floreat Forum for marketing purposes and included in promotional materials, our website and social media. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to a member of the event team.
  • Easter Eggs are to be consumed at own risk. They may contain traces of nuts, gluten, peanuts, milk ingredients, soy and other allergens. Please ensure parent/carer supervision, and check the ingredients before consuming.
  • Participants will not be under the supervision of Floreat Forum staff, parents/carers need to remain with their children during the activities.
  • The Easter Egg Hunt  entry forms are avaliable from 10am – 12:30pm to ensure everyone has time to finish the hunt and collect their egg before the end of the event at 1pm. The hunt can be completed at your own pace but must be finished by 1pm in order to collect your 40g chocolate Easter Egg.
  • 1 x 40g chocolate Easter Eggs per child participating, available while stocks last.
