Get Creative is a relaxed, social art group for adults and young adults who want to reconnect with their creativity – no experience needed. Whether you’re returning to art after years away or just looking for a mindful way to unwind, this welcoming series is designed for all skill levels.
Each week explores a different medium, from watercolour and clay to collage and acrylics, with no pressure and no perfection required. Led by Strength Heroes Director Fiona, sessions focus on guided techniques, creative prompts, and self-expression – not step-by-step instructions.
